TWIN-SCREW EXTRUDER
Complete extrusion lines for rigid PVC pipes -
- Spider-mandrel HEAD. BH series -
each head can be used to cover the respective range by means of sets of
interchangeable parts.
- Sizing by the vacuum method with
water spray.
- Cooling by water spray in multiple
modular tanks of stainless steel.
- Haul-offs are equipped with 2, 3, 4
or 6 caterpillars.
- On request, the units can be fitted
with slowdown devices to increase the wall thickness for
belling.
- Cutting either of the circular saw
type of traveling blade type, the latter equipped with chamfering
devices.
- Collection system, from 3 to 6 m
long. In line pipe belling equipment can be supplied on request.

Die-Heads of Series BH2,
BH3, BH4, BH5
The basic setup
of a pipe extrusion tool features an exchangeable die set. This
easy-to-operate yet sturdy mechanical construction allows for
exchanging the die sets without having to dismount the pipe head.
These extrusion tools plus the pertaining dies sets of different
length which are matched to various
dimensional ranges enable efficient production at high throughput
rates.
Die-Heads of the double extrusion BH02
For U-PVC pipe extrusion comprises
manifold block and two closely spaced pipe heads displaying proven
BH head characteristics. The two torpedoes are made from one single
plate.

Vacuum Sizing and
Cooling
All pipe cooling
units come with spray nozzles and circulation pumps. Both
features lower the fresh water requirements. 
The sizing sleeves are made from bronze
alloy and worked in such a way so as to achieve a perfect and
shining calibration of pipes.
- Water temperature controlled by
thermostatic valve.
- Floatless level switches for even water
level.
