BASIC INTRODUCTION TO THE EXTRUSION LINE FOR STEEL WIRE REINFORCED PVC HOSE


This integrated, high efficiency production line is a perfect correlation between "continuous helical wire forming" and "PVC extruding" technologies.

The production line includes a helical wire forming machine suitable for producing spring wire, featuring variable speed change. The wires are then fed into a die head by constant pitch. The entire production line only requires an extruder for one step forming of inner and outer layers of PVC hose. The following processing equipment includes water cooling bath, caterpillar haul-off machine, meter counter ink marker and hose winder.



EXTRUDER

Screw: Our screw is computer designed to make them ideal for clear PVC extrusion.
Barrel: The barrel is made of nitrided steel in lengths of 26D.
Barrel heating / cooling system: the barrel heating/cooling system consists of high performance mica heating elements, and strong cooling fans.Drive: The extruder is driven by a DC motor or inverter-controlled AC motors.
Gearing: The gearing runs quietly and has integrated oil lubrication. Gears are precision ground for quiet running and long service life.


Caterpillar haul-off
  • AC inverter motors and controls.
  • Centerline height manual adjustable upward or downward with geared spoke handwheel.
  • Chain runs on fully supported polymer platform.
  • Heavy-duty support base ensures a stable platform.


WINDER

  • Machine for the production of pipe coils.
  • The swift arms can be adjusted in diameter and width corresponding to the desired coil cross-section.
  • The winder is driven by a torque-regulated 3-phase motor.
  • Traverse is carried out by a roller ring gear, by which the pitch per swift can be stepless adjusted.
  • Each coil length can be preset by meter counter.





INK MARKER

  • One marking per meter.
  • Transfer marking through rubber wheel ensures clear marking effect.

FEATURES OF STEEL WIRE REINFORCED PVC HOSE

Color: Transparent
Temperature range: -10°C + 60°C (14°F ~140°F)
Features:
Plasticized PVC hose with reinforcement of incorporated steel spiral. Inside and outside smooth. Very flexible, resistant to atmospheric agents and most chemicals.
Applications: Particularly suitable for suction and delivery of liquids.
